With over 11 years of experience in the fitness industry, I am a fully qualified personal trainer dedicated to helping clients achieve their best selves. My journey into fitness began from a desire to understand and improve my own health, which has blossomed into a passion for guiding others on their fitness paths.

As a specialist in weight training and conditioning, I believe that strength training is not just about building muscle, but about empowering individuals to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. I emphasise the importance of understanding each exercise’s purpose, ensuring that every session is not only effective but also educational. This approach helps my clients stay motivated and see the tangible benefits of their hard work.

I also hold advanced certifications in women’s fitness and lower back care, allowing me to provide tailored, expert guidance to clients with specific needs. Additionally, my background as a Level 5 Nutritional Therapist enables me to offer comprehensive advice that encompasses both fitness and nutrition, ensuring a holistic approach to health.
